Damaged fabric: In most cases fabrics are damaged by abrasion from stitching or embroidery, or strong leg friction on particular brands of seats. Be careful of straps or velcro on seat packs or light brackets. Do not machine wash with gloves, bags or anything that has velcro or plastic that could damage the fabric.
Damage that can easily be repaired at local sewing and alteration places: Pad stitching, seam stitching and zips.
Deterioration of fabrics: Sweat left on garments can cause corroding because of bacteria build up.The level and acidity of sweat varies from person to person. We recommend washing clothing after each use and always store in ventilated areas.
